The online method of education is getting more popular as we increase our dependence on computers and technology in general. No longer is the educational system confined to classrooms of brick walls where students have to relocate if they do not have access to quality education in their local environment. Responsibilities of Online Teachers

Online teachers are charged with the responsibility of facilitating the success of the students under their charge in accordance with the course objective and standards. This requires the instructor to be highly knowledgeable in their field to be able to answer any possible scenario or question posed to them by students. This support must be provided to students by all appropriate means if not directly, then by suggesting support material available online. This response must be given to students within one business day. Other events such as assignments should be within two business days.
